Mold and Height Change in less than 6 Minutes! Many Masonry Expo attendees in February witnessed a concrete products machine perform a mold and height change in less than 6 minutes! The mold and height change was accomplished by a Besser Mold Change Shuttle System on a V3-12 2000 Vibrapac® concrete products machine. The Mold Change Shuttle automatically removed a 4" retaining wall mold and installed a mold to make 6" high retaining wall units within the same system cycle. The Besser V3-12 facility operated during the plant tour at Midwest Block & Brick in Kansas City, Missouri. |
