On 4 October, a newly designed web site for the Besser Family of Companies went online at www.besser.com. The web site provides one source for information on products, services, training, company information, trade fairs and promotional literature. This is where you will find the most timely information on the Besser Family of Companies. The web site will not replace one-to-one contact with potential and current customers however, it will enhance our ability to conduct transactions on a global level, almost instantaneously. The internet is another way for customers and active participants in the concrete products industry to respond to product offerings, make suggestions and even participate in further development of products and services.In January 2001, Besser Alpena will add a feature that will allow certain commonly requested parts to be requested online through a limited ordering system. We realize that customers are educating themselves through the internet. They now have easy access to industry information and have more choices. We are empowering members of the industry to learn more about the Besser Family of Companies through the internet.
